ans: You need to set up the WAP/GPRS settings (necessary for all unlocked phones) if you want to use internet. Please contact us for technical support if you don't know how to do so. I believe you haven't set card memory as default memory (or you chose to save files in the phone memory instead of into the card memory). Please use the card reader to save MP3 files into the MP3 folder for music playing. Please email us for technical support if necessary.

The one with the sciphone logo is model sku10 and is the original version, but the newer version is model sku1010 and does not have the logo. This one that we are looking at is the sku1010 which is the newer version. And it's cheaper! Just wish the memory card was not so expensive lol
